The process starts by settling where the site will be hosted. If you already have a domain, we check your admin access; if not, we suggest a name that's close to your hotel's name, memorable and easy to spell.

Having the domain match your hotel's name matters for branding. Names that are too long, hyphenated, or easy to misspell tend to cause problems long-term, since they're hard to describe over the phone.

This step usually takes the most time in the process, and it largely depends on you. What we need from you is clear: room types and their features, property amenities, location information, contact details, and your existing photo archive.

If writing the text is difficult for you, we can draft it and send it for your approval. If your photos are insufficient, we list which angles need to be shot.

Once the content is entered, the site is first shown to you via a private link. This is when typos, missing information and visual preferences are corrected. This step shouldn't be rushed — fixes made after launch always cost more.

After your approval, the site goes live; mobile and desktop views, form functionality, the map and phone links are each tested individually.
